Celebrating 75 years

2022 is a special year for St John Scotland, as we celebrate 75 years of helping communities across Scotland and internationally.

We’ve come a long way since we were founded in 1947, and this special milestone is an opportunity to reflect on the difference we have made to individuals and communities across Scotland, as well as look to the future.

75th Kiltwalk challenge

Could you raise £75 for St John Scotland's 75th anniversary?

There are four Kiltwalks taking place across Scotland in 2022.

These fun, friendly events are a great way to raise money for St John Scotland. You can choose the distance that suits you, and it's not a race - just a great opportunity to challenge yourself by taking on a walk of around 5, 15, or 25 miles (distances vary by location).

Whichever Kiltwalk you take part in, every pound you raise is topped up by 50% by The Hunter Foundation, meaning your fundraising goes even further.

That also means to raise £75 for 75, you only need to reach a fundraising target of £50, and the Hunter Foundation will add the rest!

The Kiltwalk dates for 2022 are:

  • Glasgow - 24 April
  • Aberdeen - 29 May
  • Dundee - 21 August
  • Edinburgh - 18 September

As a thank you for taking part we'll cover your entry fees and send you a St John Scotland T shirt and goodie bag.
